Afternoon Tea & Victorian London Fog

Afternoon tea is always a delight.  On this particular afternoon, we created a charming tea-for-one setting with freshly-made Blueberry Lemon Scones (with the most delicious sugared tops and lemon glaze), delightful imported fruit & lemon biscuits, and a quiet pot of comfort.

The gentle notes of vanilla and lavender in the Victorian London Fog flavoured black tea by Harney & Sons Fine Teas is quite pleasant. It is most definitely becoming a favourite tea for us. Quite possibly equal to Lady Grey Tea in our opinion. A perfect accompaniment to our scones and Victorian-inspired tea time.  

This elegant tea is what we would describe as a "cozy day tea", which is why we chose it for this cold and blustery January afternoon.
